In the virtual space on a computer, a mouse brain is reconstructed three-dimentionally with Neurolucida system from serial section microscopic images which are acquired with motorized fluorescent microscope. Red dots indicate the location of neuronal cell bodies which are related to a specific neuronal circuit.
